Order Processing

We are a small, family run business consisting of myself (Rhonda), my husband, and one son. All of our cutters, silkscreens, templates, stamps, displays, etc are made on site at the time of your order. Because we make almost all items in house – it can take up to 10 business days** for us to produce, package, and ship your order.

Please keep our processing times in mind when placing your order. During peak season and sales orders can take a few days  longer to process. 

** business days are Monday through Friday – excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Information

  • All packages are shipped via USPS
  • US orders over $75.00 ship free – orders under $75.00 ship at a flat rate of $4.25
  • International orders, including Canada ship at a flat rate of $15.25
  • Once your package is scanned in at your delivery location, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. For International deliveries, we are no longer responsible once the package is scanned into your countries customs location.
  • Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. Packages delivered to wrong addresses will require you to pay for the reshipment of the package. We will not honor “free shipping” on reshipped packages – you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost for all resends due to address errors. 

Bulk Discounts

We know that many of you use your RJ Crafts products in your own small business, we’ve worked out a discount program so that when you spend more, you save more. These discounts are applied automatically at the time of checkout.

These discounts can not be used with any other discounts or coupons. 

  • Orders of $200.00 or more – 20% discount 
  • Orders of $400.00 or more – 30% discount
  • Orders of $600.00 or more – 50% discount

Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must have pre-authorization. Forced returns will not be accepted.

There are no refunds on custom items, sale items, and clearance items. All other returns are handled on a case by case basis.

There is a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer on all returns due to customer error – balance of refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
